What was I thinking?

I signed up for the wasatch back with some of my friends in october. I have been training since december and let me tell you I sould have trained harder. The race was this last weekend and I am pretty sure I will never do it again. I don't mind running but I really like sleeping and running close to 10 miles at 3 am when I should have been sleeping was not great. then waiting around in a smelly car as it rained and rained on the our next run waiting for the first group to finish and not getting to do more than lay our head on the seat for sleep. Then getting out and thinking " ok, I can run this hill" then a mile into it was thinking who in their right mind can run this thing, I am pushing my legs to walk up it. It was hard to know when to eat so you don't get side cramps and your so nervous for you next run it is hard to eat, you pee constantly. But, I will say it was fun hanging out with friends, seeing all fo the die hard runners and the crazy people who go all out dressed up for the race. I will post pictures when I get them from my friends. I just want to say good job guys to my team members Jamie for running in the down pour and freezing wind and never giving up, Kevin for running like he had trained for years but never really did, and Sara for never complaining, and everyone for being supportive and dedicated to the team. So for all of you who enjoy running, don't like eating, you like being nervous for 36 hours, and definitely staying up for 48 hours, sign up it is a lot of fun. Go WASATCH BACK.

Potty Power!!

Porter has Potty Power. My friend Kelli Despain told me about this dvd along time ago but I never forgot how great she said it was at helping kids potty train. And Yes after 3 days straight of POTTY POWER Porter now is potty trained. He now has not had an accident in almost 2 weeks and only wet the bed 2 times. yeah Porter I am so proud of you. As for Adalynne she is in diapers still, she can't hold it. but she still tries to sit on the potty and go fully dressed and diapered. I love her effort. Thank you Kelli.
